Gino is allegedly the boss - that's him hard at work in the picture above. However, he has a wife and a mother in law, so I suspect he only thinks he's the boss. We were given the run down on the family at the start of our week, but our ears weren't tuned into Italian English then, and our Italian was even worse than it was at the end of the week.
The lady's name is Marie (I think) and is (Ithink) Gino's mother in law. The chap (name gone from head) bottom left is (I think) Gino's brother in law. The other chap was around most of the week and is perhaps another family member. No doubt Gino will put me right on this.
Other members of the family help out at weekends when the restaurant is busier with local people as well as in house guests. See the iMoresani web site for a picture.
For info, Gino and his bother in law speak a little English, enough to hold basic conversations. Marie speaks no English, but is good at making herself understood.
